ITINERARY

Day 1 - Arrival at Port Blair

Arrival at Port Blair Airport & move to the hotel with our envoy. Start the breathtaking trip to Corbyns Cove Beach, one of the most picturesque, coconut palm fringed beach, 7 kms away from Port Blair town, and to the Cellular Jail, a place of pilgrimage for all freedom loving people. One can also view the history of the heroic freedom struggle which is brought alive in a moving Light & Sound Show at the Cellular Jail.

Day 2 - Port Blair - Havelock (54 Kms)

Early morning departure to Havelock Island (54 kms by sea from Port Blair). Enjoy your afternoon at the World Famous Radha Nagar Beach (Beach number 7). Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Havelock Island.

Day 3 - Resort at Havelock Island. Day at your Leisure

Day 4 - 

Entire Morning at leisure. After checking out from the Resort by 0800 hrs, leave your baggage at the Reception of the Resort and proceed to Kala Pathar by road. Get a glimpse of various Resorts & Dive centers Enroute. Return back to your resort for lunch. Sail for Port Blair in the evening. Upon return from Havelock Island overnight stay at respective Hotel at Port Blair.

Day 5 -

Checkout from the hotel & drop at airport.

• GST OF 5% ON TOTAL PACKAGE. TCS if Applicable
• Tips, insurance, laundry, phone calls.
• The services of vehicles is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.
• Any kind of drinks (alcohol, Mineral, aerated, bed tea on tour or any other snack while waiting at airport or waiting for jetty).
• Medical & travel insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival 75% of the total will be charged.

Cancellation within 30 days and below to the date of arrival, No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total stay on the basis booked.

PAYMENT POLICY

100% Payment is to be paid 60 days prior to the check in.

• The package price is valid till 30 June 21. Flight & Hotel Prices are not Guaranteed.
• Booking confirmation will be mailed within 72 Hrs of Order.
• TravoZone LLP reserves the right to change departure dates given the airline seat availability changes.
• Depending upon the tour you have booked, you would be getting a Seat in coach or a private transfer. You are requested to clarify all your queries pertaining to transfer with your travel advisor well in advance before the tour. Seat in coach transfers are on fixed timings only and may differ from country to country. Please check for further details in this regard. In case you have not booked any transfers with TravoZone LLP, we recommend that you kindly make appropriate arrangements personally to have a comfortable journey.
• The upgrade hotel/villa prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The upgrade hotel/villa prices DO NOT GURANTEE rooms at the envisaged hotels/Villa.
• The upgrade hotel/villa rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• For the upgrade hotel/villa, In case the hotel/villa chosen is unavailable we will provide with multiple options of similar category hotel/villa.
• The rates are valid for minimum 02 adults travelling together at all times.
• The rates are not valid on block out dates.
• Surcharges as and when applicable will be advised and passengers would be requested to pay the same
• Surcharges could be over and above the total package price quoted to the passengers at the time of booking.
• Some flights depart on a previous date and arrive at the destination the next day of departure and likewise for the return flight to India.

• Guests are requested to check with sales staff before booking their on-wards/connecting flights.
• The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
• Prices are not valid during Trade Fair periods.
• Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.
• International Check in time is 1400 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and checkout is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• While TravoZone LLP takes extreme care to ensure all your sightseeing and excursions are not on holidays / closed dates but due to the itinerary / sudden changes it sometimes becomes
• TravoZone LLP will make every possible attempt to arrange for alternate sightseeing and excursions on such days. However, no refund will be provided as such events are beyond our control.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Sightseeing’s tours are strictly based on whether conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Rates subject to change without prior notice and also for clients traveling during weekends.
• Offer if any can be withdrawn at any point without prior notice.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
• TravoZone LLP is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.

• As a practice all Domestic / international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check- in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client.
