ITINERARY

Day 01: Arrive Male

Upon arrival in Male, you will be transferred to your resort. Check in at the hotel (standard 1400 hrs). Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

• Drinks consumed on excursions or any other outdoor activities are not included in this all-inclusive package, hence, charges will be made at the hotel prices.

HOW IT WORKS

• All types of beverages are for the personal consumption, served one glass at a time, ordered while at the Main Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Main Bar or Beach Bar.
• Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) can be ordered one at a time and not in advance.
• No refund for missed meals will be entertained nor can any benefits of the package be transferred to another guest.
• All the guests staying in the same room should be on “all inclusive” basis.
• Alcoholic drinks will not be served to persons less than 18 years of age.
• The “all inclusive” package is available only for the guests’ entire stay and the guests who cut short their stay will not be refunded.
• The hotel cannot be held responsible for the facilities, services and amenities that cannot be used due to weather conditions or due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Upon check–in at the resort a wrist bracelet should be worn at all times as an identification of entitlement for the all-inclusive services and which should be returned to the front desk cashiers at the time of final settlement.
• In case of loss of the bracelet a surcharged of US$20.00 will be charged for a new one.
• Our procedure requires billing for all consumption of food & beverage as well as for all other services.
• All guests are required to sign in the bills that are presented against any service provided.
• The benefits of the package can be enjoyed until check-out or check-out time of 1200hrs noon
• whichever is earlier. In case the transfer gets delayed or advanced due to transfer rescheduling, the clients cannot claim for a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
• Cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival 75% of the total will be charged.
• Cancellation within 30 days and below to the date of arrival, No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total stay on the basis booked.

PAYMENT POLICY

• 100% Payment is to be paid 60 days prior to the check in.

• The package price is valid till 15 April 21 and to be booked in 14 Days advance. Flight & Hotel/ Resort Prices are not Guaranteed.
• TravoZone LLP reserves the right to change departure dates given the airline seat availability changes.
• The upgrade hotel/villa prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The upgrade hotel/villa prices DO NOT GURANTEE rooms at the envisaged hotels/Villa.
• The upgrade hotel/villa rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• For the upgrade hotel/villa, In case the hotel/villa chosen is unavailable we will provide with multiple options of similar category hotel/villa.
• The rates are valid for minimum 02 adults travelling together at all times.
• The rates are not valid on block out dates.
• Surcharges as and when applicable will be advised and passengers would be requested to pay the same
• Surcharges could be over and above the total package price quoted to the passengers at the time of booking.
• Some flights depart from India on a previous date and arrive at the destination the next day of departure and likewise for the return flight to India.
• Guests are requested to check with sales staff before booking their on-wards/connecting flights.
• The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
• Prices are not valid during Trade Fair periods.
• Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.
• International Check in time is 1400 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and checkout is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Sightseeing’s tours are strictly based on whether conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Rates subject to change without prior notice and also for clients traveling during weekends.
• Offer if any can be withdrawn at any point without prior notice.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
• TravoZone LLP is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.

• As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check- in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client.
